Candy Buffets

Each candy buffet includes custom selection of candy. Candies include a mixture of hard candy, sour candy, gummi candy, chocolate, etc. We provide approximately 4 ounces of candy per guest to make sure there is ample candy for the size of your party. The candy selection can be based on a color story, event theme, favorite candy selection or a combination of inspirations. We work with our clients to customize the candy selection for each buffet to meet each client’s preferences. Candy selection depends upon colors and availability. Upgraded candy selections are available. Please inquire if interested.

Each candy buffet also includes rental of glass apothecary jars and/or other coordinating containers, tablescape designed to match event decor including basic linens (specialized linens are available for an additional charge), clear cello candy bags with custom designed labels, decorative accents such as ribbon, crystals and/or a custom centerpiece, scoops, tongs, set-up and clean-up.

Pricing

Candy buffets must be for a minimum of 100 guests.

Buffets for up to 100 guests start at $4.95 per person.

Buffets for up to 200 guests start at $4.75 person.

Buffets for up to 300 guests start at $4.50 per person.

Buffets for more than 300 guests start at $4.25 per person.

Pre-packaged Candy Favors

Hotel Gift Bags

Prepackaged candy favors are a perfect addition to any event. We can do any type of candy but some popular selections are rock candy swizzle sticks (pictured left), white yogurt-covered pretzels, milk-chocolate covered pretzels and malted milk balls.

Each favor comes in a clear cello bag with a custom designed label and tied with color-coordinating ribbon. Upgraded containers such as polka-dotted bags are also available. Availability depends upon colors. Please inquire for more information and pricing for custom designed pre-packaged candy favors.

Out of town guests love treats, too!

These custom-designed bags are a great way to welcome guests to town for weddings, corporate entertaining or any occasion. Bags can include bottle water, snacks, locally-made Kentucky-themed candies, welcome letters and information sheets with fun facts about Louisville. The bags are natural or white paper handled shopping bags with custom-designed labels. We are always happy to customize bags for each client. Please inquire for pricing.
